CCRTB organized the 3rd International symposium on Integrated Management and Treatment of cancers (IMTC) on May 26, 2024 at CARS, University of Dhaka. The theme was, ” Shared Responsibilities and Partnerships for Cancer Control.” This program was supported by University of Dhaka, BCSIR, Aristopharma, NIPRO JMI Pharma, Genofax, Bangladesh Cancer Society, Invent Technologies and Daffodil International University. Professor Dr. Sitesh Chandra Bachar, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Academic), University of Dhaka joined the symposium as the Chief Guest. World renowned cancer researcher Sir Walter Bodmer from the University of Oxford was among other plenary speakers in the symposium. It was attended by the president of the Oncology Club, Bangladesh Cancer Society and other organizations working in this field in Bangladesh.
